The dim lights, disco ball, and loud music makes for an experience like none other. AKT in Motion (Anna Kaiser Technique) has many class options including Dance Based Interval Training, Circuit Based Interval Training, partner classes and more.

TravelFitLOVE: The studio environment is warm and welcoming, with all of the facilities and “goodies” you are looking for in a boutique fitness space. I love that they have an On Demand streaming option – #TravelFitLove. This jetsetter monthly subscription allows you to take classes anytime, anywhere. For the cost of a single class, you can get AKT based on your own schedule. In the studio, there are 7 class options which will allow you to get in cardio and strength training while mixing it up each time.
Additional Thoughts: This is probably one of the more exclusive studios in New York. While this can be intimidating, everyone is there to sweat and have a good time! There are two locations in New York and one in Los Angeles so you are able to have a bi-coastal workout spot 🙂 As mentioned, AKT is doing a week long program at Travaasa– this is an AMAZING opportunity to get the experience of the resort while having incredible fitness classes.
