Outdoor NYC Workouts

One of my favorite things about Summer is being able to exercise outdoors.  With the early sunrise and late sunset, there is more opportunity to sweat outside!

Here are some of my favorite outdoor classes and upcoming events:

1) The Pack Outdoor

This outdoor sweat sess is located on the turf in Long Island City – at the waterfront and ferry. Not only are the views amazing but Sebastian, the trainer, encourages and pushes you through the 1 hour class.  With the big space, running and strength training are incorporated.  This full body high intensity workout is the perfect way to start your day.

Check out class and purchase the special TravelFitLove package – 4 for $99
